Eric Duncan is an amazing real estate agent! He is professional incredibly helpful and displays integrity. Eric Duncan represented us with the selling of a condo and the purchase of a house. It was a very stressful situation and we had to write numerous offers in a very competitive market. Never did he once complain about how many houses we toured and how many offers we submitted. He was committed to finding us our forever home and because he remained positive throughout the entire process he calmed our nerves. Eric worked very hard for us. He was able to negotiate over 10k in credits and rebates with the lender on our behalf.
